Land
clearing, cedar removal and sculpture site preparation continued through
Summer 2004. Ranch roads were built, and an entrance road acquired. Leroy
Petri, known locally as King of the Road, completed a month-long rebuilding
of the roads and complete revamping of the water runoff passageways.
